Guarantee:
All garments are guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.
Returns and Exchanges:
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days when it is accompanied by your original sales receipt, all tags are attached, no alterations have been made to the garment, and the garment is clean and in a re-salable condition (free of lint, pet hair, other soil and odors). Refunds are made according to the payment method used. Cash refunds over $50 will be made by company check; please allow 14 days for processing. Special order items and customized garments may not be exchanged or returned.
Shipping:
Any size order may be shipped to a street address via UPS for $10. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is defective, we will glady reimburse your return shipping cost.
Payments:
We accept personal checks, cash (in store), MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit cards.
Special Orders:
We will be glad to order uniform items for you that we do not carry in stock. Special orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed, and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Returned Checks:
Checks returned by the bank for whatever reason will be assessed a returned check fee.
